ABOUT THE LAW OFFICES OF DIANE ST. YVES, PLLC
The Law Office of Diane St. Yves, PLLC was established on July 1, 2012. Diane St. Yves, the Manager and Owner of the firm brings more than 35 years of cumulative legal experience to the firm including over 20 years as a board-certified family and civil trial law as a paralegal. In addition to working as a paralegal for 20 years while working full time and studying at night. Diane raised two successful children and earned three degrees (A.A.S. – Paralegal, B.A. – Political Science and J.D. – Law)
When the firm was established, it was a one-man show which meant juggling court, clients, phones, scheduling and more. It soon became apparent that she needed assistance and the expansion of the firm began. While the firm’s focus is primarily on family law matters, the area in which Diane is board-certified, her diverse experience in the legal profession allows the firm to take on estate planning, probate, guardianship and, with the addition of Ashley T. Coleman to the team, social security disability.
Diane and Ashley, along with her staff of well-trained and engaged individuals, work hard and each strive to provide information to our clients, keep our clients informed and manage our caseload to maximize the results for each client.
